🌟 Meet Mandi Wessells – Senior Human Resources Specialist 🌟
Mandi has been part of the ESCSB family for 10 years, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting both staff and clients. She began her journey here as a MH/SA Case Manager, later served as the Achievers Clubhouse Supervisor, and transitioned into her current role as Senior Human Resources Specialist in 2022.
Before joining ESCSB, Mandi spent over a decade with First Home Care, where she managed the Painter, VA, office as the Therapeutic Foster Care & Mental Health Skill Building Supervisor.
Her career reflects her dedication to helping others thrive—whether through direct care, program leadership, or now supporting the agency’s workforce.
