🌟 Meet Katie Isdell – Health Information Management, Risk Management, and Administrative Coordinator 🌟
Katie has been with ESCSB since 2018 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Administrative Support Technology. In her role, Katie balances many responsibilities, from overseeing health information management to risk management and administrative coordination.
Her colleagues describe her as both highly knowledgeable and deeply compassionate:
“Katie is an asset to the ESCSB for many reasons. She has a great working knowledge of the ever-changing regulations that dictate how services are provided at the ESCSB. If you have a question about where to find something in the regulations, she can get you an answer. She ensures that we maintain ethical practices and uses the regulations and our internal policies and procedures to guide her decision making. As a person, she is compassionate, kind, and can always find humor in the day-to-day events at the CSB. She has worked hard to develop herself professionally and has the same standards for her staff leading to excellent service delivery from the time they walk into the building to the time they are discharged from services.”
