Programs are provided in a variety of formats including:

- family programs
- evening and week-end services
- summer day camp opportunities
Most services are offered in small group sessions of 15-26 participants that range in length from 10 weeks to several years.
Prevention services and activities provide safe, educational, practical, fun and meaningful experiences to youth and their families in order to enhance and improve positive life and social skills and to develop appropriate peer support systems.
